Windows 11 How to resolve this Issue in Word 2019?

Whenever I press ‘enter’ to change the para, the new para starts at the end of the page, instead of the bottom of previous para. & when I keep pressing ‘enter’ the previous para keeps moving upwards & new para appears at same position.For example: If this line marks the starting of a page in word 2019, then on pressing 'enter', the next para will appear here (at the end of the page).
