Windows 11 How to restart my desktop Windows 11 with no bit locker recovery key?

I changed my computer setting to turn off the touchscreen option a while ago and I just turned it on yesterday and it says that I need a recovery key but when I checked the Microsoft website it says I don't have one, I've tried to reset the PC but when I do it keeps saying "having trouble resetting PC" and none of the advanced options work. Please help.
