Windows 11 How to restore a file found in a pathway.

I had a folder on my desktop that contained a few excel and a few word files. I created a new folder in that folder and moved all but one of those files into it. This was an accident, so I pushed Ctrl+Z and the new folder just disappeared. I then pressed shift+Ctrl+Z but all I got was the windows sound that this action couldn't be completed. Same after pressing Ctrl+Z again and again.I've checked my recycle bin, that folder isn't in there. I closed and reopened file explore, nothing is there. I knew some of the files names and was eventually able to find this. Nevermind. Screenshot refuses to
