Windows 10 How to restore missing Quick Action panel both in notification area and setting>system>notifications & actions ?

Hi everyone, I'm a Windows 10 user and I recently installed a fresh copy of the operating system on my laptop. Everything seemed to work fine until I noticed that the quick action panel was missing from both the notification window and the settings>system>notifications & actions menu. This is very frustrating because I use the quick action panel a lot to access features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, brightness, etc. I tried to search online for a solution but I couldn't find anything that worked for me. I also checked the Windows Update and made sure that I have the latest version of Wind
