Windows 11 How to set font fallback in Windows 11?

I changed system font that has no `∶`(U+2236) character. So I set fallback fonts for new font same as Segoe UI's to `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontLink\SystemLink\(Font name)\` but not works.How can I set fallback fonts?
