Windows 11 How to sign in to the new windows 11 laptop?

I have purchased a new laptop for my daughter. While doing the set up i put her date of birth as per the correct date and she is 11 years old. I also put my email as the parent. However i am unable to sign in to her laptop as it giving me a message "Something is not working It's not you , It's Us". Kinldy need your support.
