Windows 10 How to start a Windows app using the Xbox controller?

Hello, I'm using Xbox controllers on a Windows 10 PC. I would like to start some apps using a button on the Xbox Controller, is there a way to do that?Some apps I'd like to launch: Kodi, PowerDVD, Steam, Epic games, and some of my fave games.Thanks
