Windows 11 How to start Windows Security Service when it is not listed in services.msc ??

A malware broke into my system and I cannot open Windows Defender or Windows Security Services. Windows Security just doesn't open anymore. I am attaching the log I received from using defender_diag.bat here. I cannot format my system and I have tried repairing the Windows as well using an ISO but isn't repairing, and instead is asking to do a full format of the system. Please help me out here.
