Windows 11 How to stop huge keybroad delay

My keyboard has a huge delay when I'm playing any games. I just bought this pc recently to. The delayed even works on external keyboard to. When I hold W for a second or two then like go it just keeps going even though I'm not pressing anything. How can I fix this issue?
