Windows 11 How to stop my touchscreen from interfering with my mouse and touchpad?

Hi, I have a 15 inch Lenovo IdeaPad 3 that runs using Windows 11 and I noticed a problem with my mouse and touchpad. If my touchscreen driver is enabled for some reason my touchpad stops working and if I plug in my mouse I'll see two cursors where one will be stuck in the top left of my screen and the other is the one I'll be able to control but it will be blinking. This problem started after a couple updates and only goes away if I disable touchscreen but I don't want to always have to disable touchscreen for my touchpad and mouse to work. Is there anyway I can fix this?
