Windows 11 How to stop parental controls pop ups

I'm not in an a family and I'm over 18, but I get popups from Microsoft family safety when running apps. I have already tried disabling parental controls is settings, but this issue persists. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue and possible solutions ?
