Windows 11 How to stop receiving windows preview build updates after clean install of windows 11 and unenrolling from insider program??

This has occurred 3 times, and it is pending restart for the 4th. I realized my antivirus/malware app is not compatible with this beta version of windows 11 (Windows 11 Insider Preview 23430.1000 (ni_prerelease) ) so I opted out and recovered my device with a clean install of windows 11 pro version 2H22. I also unrolled in the program and opted out of receiving any future beta builds of windows. Please explain to me why I continue to automatically download these updates and how I can prevent them from downloading and installing in the future.
