I can't figure out how to stop the Recycle Bin from emptying in Windows 10 Dell laptop....I like to keep the files in the bin for a long time in case I needed to retrieve a file (seldom but I want the option). I thought it gets emptied when I ran Dell SupportAssist but most of the time I run this it doesn't cause the bin to empty. When I compare the size of the contents in the bin, it doesn't seem to exceed the default max size of 47603 MB in the recycle bin properties. In Settings/System/Storage, under 'Configure Storage Sense..', 'Delete files in my recycle bin...' is set to 'Never'. Thank y
