I connected my AirPods to my laptop earlier this year, but I no longer want them connected to my device since whenever I start my laptop, it will steal them from my iPhone device (very annoying), and I have to manually go into Bluetooth settings to undo this. That in itself is annoying, but what is more annoying is that I have now removed my AirPods from Bluetooth on my laptop, but whenever I am listening to music from my phone and I start up my laptop, the music goes dead, and my AirPods disconnect from my iPhone. The laptop doesn't connect to them because I have removed them from Bluetooth,
