Windows 11 How to stop Windows 11 Closed Caption from repeating the audio input?

When I use CC for Win 11 everything that the mic picks up also plays through the speakers. The CC works ok but I don't want to hear everything repeated, I would like the words to appear but not the echo through the speakers. If I turn off the speakers, it stops CC. I am trying to have the CC appear during meetings for deaf people but the repeating of voices would be annoying to others who can hear it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,Chester
