Windows 11 How to stop Windows 11 from disabling all my network adapters when I go into Safe Mode with Networking

Hi, I am trying to access the internet from safe mode, but everytime I do, even if I select "safe mode > with networking" Windows disables both my ethernet NIC and my wifi capabilities. I even tried using an external wifi adapter with no luck. If I try the Windows Diagnostic Troubleshooting it just says: cannot run diagnostic troubleshooting in safe mode. Enabling the device from the services or device manager menu does nothing either.
