I have both a windows 10 & 11 pc's and neither will stream 5.1 from Netflix, Prime, and so on. I have installed Dolby Access on each and enable Dolby Atmos for Home Theater on both as well. That allowed me to watch videos on my computer and disk drive in surround, but streaming is still just two channels. My receiver shows it as Dolby Digital in 5.1, but it is only stereo. I know Digital Dolby, Digital Dolby +, and TrueHD are compatible formats, so it isn't my Marantz receiver. If it was the receiver It would play back the 5.1 off my hard drive.
