Windows 11 How to stream my Starkey Evolv AL 2400 hearing aids to my laptop?

I'm having issues with streaming my hearing aids to the laptop. I have my hearing aids connect to the laptop - bluetooth. But I don't have any sound streaming to my hearing aids I want to use Skype or zoom and have the sound stream directly from the laptop directly to my hearing aids. Under my laptop settings - Sound Output I don't see my hearing aids, only Speakers, I checked for the lasted drivers and it's updated. Any suggestions??
