Hi all, How could I track down an error that is very intermittent and also completely freezes/locks windows in it's state until forcing a reboot? By locking, I mean the monitor freezes (when I come in to work the time clock is stuck when it froze), it's unresponsive to mouse/keyboard input (so no Ctrl+Alt+Del), I lose the ability to ping it but the switch it's connected to shows there is traffic by the flickering light. It only happens when I have 1 set of proprietary software running and communicating with other equipment for long durations. Process Monitor (ProcMon) seems to be a likely c
