Windows 11 How to transfer iis and asp of database from the old computer (windows10) to new computer (windows11)?

Old computer (windows 10 + iis 6.0)New computer (windows 11 + iis 10.0)How to transfer IIS and ASP of database from the old computer (windows10) to new computer (windows11)?I have copied the inetpub file from old computer to new computer and installed iis in the new computer already. What else should I do?When I go to the localhost/..../.../ (the link), "An error occurred on the server when processing the URL." is shown.
