Windows 11 How to turn LSA back on?

Hey so my LSA is off and its not giving me a chance to re-enable it. i cant upload any images because the microsoft platform keeps saying "error" when i do upload the images to the board and basicly gets rid of them. but whats happening is when i go to Core isolation to turn on local security authority, it only shows three options: memory integrity - memory access protection and then microsoft vunerable block list. please help me figure this out?
