Hello, I tried to change some permissions and security on the folder "C:\Users" on my laptop drive. Then I couldnot access to the folder. With the help from the GeorgeOfthejungle2006 (through the post herehttps://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1b55a043-3f37-4060-a562-8109d4a00c98/an-error-occurred-while-applying-security-information-to-cboot-cbootmgr-chiberfilsys?forum=winserversecurity), I have granted the access.
