Windows 11 How to Unlock or Gain Access to Local Drive Files

Hi,I changed the computer name of the Admin Account and then restarted when the prompt asked. I originally created the account with windows account assigned to me by my job I have just changed,, although I was the one to purchase the computer ( I know, not the brightest idea). At the time of changing the computer name I did not recall that I had done so, even if I had, I would not have had the hindsight to realize what it would cause.
