Windows 7 How to Update to Latest Version of Windows 7 Ultimate, which came in early 2020/January?

So I was using Windows 10, But it was Having Hanging And lag issues so Much that I was Forced to Downgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate. So when I downgraded it is having the First Version of windows which came in 2009, But now some software's are asking for New Updates. I visited Microsoft Catalog for Updates, but it was giving me error that my PC is not Supported..So, Now I am asking for help as I am a New Tech Content Creator so I need some Software"s to do My Work So Please Help Me.Thank You Bhargav Sharma
