Windows 7 How to update to Windows 10 using out-of-date Internet Explorer?

Hello,Not sure how this happened but I did a hard reset on my Lenovo PC and it reverted to Windows 7. Windows 7 came with Internet Explorer installed. I used it to search for Chrome, and a warning bar appeared at the top that says “Your browser is out of date and may now work with certain websites.”It appears that I can not access ANY websites-everything I click on leads to an error page that says “This page can’t be displayed”, a suggestion to check my spelling, and a “Fix Connection Problems” button. The computer doesn’t find any problems when I click the button and troubleshoot. So- how do
