Windows 7 How to upgrade "Windows Update" to "Microsoft Update" in Windows 7?

Windows 7 Professional 64bit with SP1，update to kb4534310 (2021-01 ROLLUP update).In several years before, in "Windows Update" window of Windows 7, I can click "Find out more" link after "Get updates for other Microsoft products", the browser opened and I can install a plugin to get upgrade "Windows Update" to "Microsoft Update", so I can update Office and other Microsoft products.I know I can download all update in "Microsoft Update Catalog", but I still want to know how to automatic scan and install update for Office and other Microsoft products with "Windows Update".
