Windows 10 How to use "Loudness Equalization" with astro mixamp on dual pc setup.

How can i use loudness equalization with a dual pc setup while using the astro mixamp. I have my mixamp plugged into my streaming pc and my optical cable from the mixamp plugged into the optical port on my gaming pc. There is no loudness equalization option for the optical port.
