Windows 11 How to use media creation tool to create Windows 11 Pro?

I have Windows 11 Pro and need to do a clean install. If I download from Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) using the first option, does that do JUST Windows 11? Or does it do Windows 11 Pro also?Or should I use the Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) choice and that does the "multi edition" including Windows 11 Pro? And if this is right way to do it, do I just copy the iso to the USB flash drive? There are instructions for DVD, but not USB.
