Windows 11 How to use Windows Subsystem for Android in India

I know one way to install android apps in Windows 11 is using Amazon App Store, but its not available in India.But anyone know if we can install apk file or by some other mean?Anyway to enable subsystem for android without amazon app store?Or is there any news when it will release in India?
