While looking for a way to view Quick Assist logs to track time spent assisting a client, I came across this post which basically says there are no logs: Redirecting checked Event View > Windows Logs > Application and filtered the results by the Source: Quick Assist. I correlated the phone call time frame with the Quick Assist session timeframe to be able to track time spent assisting the client.I could have just used the phone logs for time tracking but these log
