Windows 11 How to write a batch file to change folder permissions?

I have sent an important folder to a bunch of computers in my workplace on desktop say it WORK so it contains crucial files that i don't want to get deleted so some of the children come and they have the admin perms which i cant deny because they also need them for installing programs and their work since one of them deleted the folder (i cant monitor them all the time) though i had a backup therefore there was no problem but how can i prevent them from deleting it so all i want is :1.
