Windows 11 How to write Chinese in Surface Pro 9

Hi,I recently purchased a Surface Pro 9 with English Windows 11. I would like to be able to handwrite Traditional Chinese with it but it does not work. I have installed the language pack, changed the display language, etc but the handwriting option would not show up in the keyboard. The handwriting works for English (both NZ and American English). Any idea?RegardsKHC
