Windows 7 HP Elitebook 840 - I have added 2 screen via a dockign station, tday the screen starts up but then is black but you can see the mouse pointer.

I have added 2 additional screens via a docking station which has worked fine, however today the screen starts up but then is black but you can see the mouse pointer, seems as if the taskbar is on another screen, how can you reset the screen back to normal if you cannot visibly see it? Is there a short cut key you can use, I have tried F4? and also disconnected the docking station.
