Windows 11 HP Envy X360 laptop windows 11 2H2 update - Intel SST microphone not picking up the voice

Purchased a brand new HP Envy x360 laptop as part of Thanksgiving deal through Costco 3 weeks back and i have this internal microphone issue. on a musical class, If i play just my voice through skype/zoom, the other person is able to hear the voice, however any external sounds like a keyboard or any other sound even through a mobile phone, none of them gets heard by the other person through either zoom or Skype. Tried the same situation with my other Dell laptop and everything works fine. the only issue i could see between both laptops is my brand new HP laptop is using Microsoft Array Intel S
