Windows 11 HP laptop won't boot past the HP logo after deleting the click pad and keyboard drivers

I'm on windows 11 home.So far I've tried Several startup repairs (all failed) The "Reset this PC" option (it got stuck on "getting things ready" page for hours with no change)System Restore (no restore points saved)Enable Safe Mode with and without Command Prompt (successful boot, but both times it just freezes up at the login page)Going into the Command Prompt from the automatic repair screen and running an image repair (sfc scan works, it says files will be restored on next reboot, but when booted in safe mode it still freezes, also dism scans return "cleanup-image not recognized")What do I
