Windows 11 HP Omen 30L crashes when I open any game

I got a Omen 30L last year and have used it sparingly. Haven't run too many high demand games, yet any time I open a game of any kind, the screen goes black yet the computer keeps running and the sound continues occasionally. I know it's not a monitor issue as sometimes the restart screen comes up, sometimes it does not.The computer still runs web browsing, video, voice chat, etc fine, but games send it over the edge.Omen 30LAMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core ProcessorBIOS F.12DirectX 12Windows 11NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 newest version.Any help is much appreciated thanks
