I have just bought the product and Windows Mixed Reality cannot connect to it.

I have a Nvidia GEForce RTX 2070 Super. I have connected to external power and used several different USB 3 ports on the computer as well as trying different display ports on the video card.

Windows is up to date and I have the latest Nvidia video drivers.

What should I try next?
