I have an old Toshiba Satellite laptop (2013) and using Microsoft365. I had my hard drive replaced last November, all good until I tried to install Healthy Edge v 1.6 a Tanita scale product I've had since 2014. The setup dialogue box stated: An error occurred when downloading resource: 'http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=115207&clcid=0x409.
