Windows 11 Huge padding on Windows 11 Explorer Home (Quick Access)

Some update added huge paddings and now I can't seem to select medium size icons for home, is this defined behaviour or is my explorer bugged out?So far I tried scf /scannow (nothing wrong), I checked Compact mode to reduce paddingsHere's a screenshot:
