Windows 10 Hyper-V Manager failed to change state

I issued something seems to be a bug.I am running Linux virtual machine (Ubuntu 20.04), and I got kernel-panic inside the machine (literally called panic function).When I Power the machine off (virtually, by the manager) everything happen just fine.The problem happens when I try to shut sown the machine. The Shut-Down button doesn't work, and when I press the Turn-Off I get an error like "Ubuntu 20.04" failed to change state. The operation cannot be performed while the object is in the current state." When I try to use Stop-VM PowerShell command, I get the same error.Only after restarting the
