Windows 10 Hyperlink to APPDATA

Hello!I've searched for an answer and found it, and it doesn't seem to work..Problem:I need to send a hyperlink (via Outlook) to my non-computer-savvy staff which will open:C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\TemplatesThe %USERPROFILE% portion of the path seems to be the obstacle, as it is different for everybody.I've attempted %APPDATA%\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates without success.Any help would be greatly appreciated.R
