Windows 10 I a textbook 10.1. I recently opened the back and reset the power as the screen would not come on now the screen does but the keyboard won't work

I have a nexfbook10.1. Recently I removed the back cover and reset the power as the screen was not coming on. Now the screen works but the keyboard does not work

Windows 11 Windows 11 will not shut down or sleep through OS, or closing the lid. Only a Hard Shutdown will turn off the computer.
