Windows 11 I accedenty left my auto clicker on and now I can’t do anything I need it know how to close all programs but let my computer still run normally I have

Is there a way to close all programs at once or like force restart the computer I need it with just keys because basically my mouse is unusable. I even tried updating the computer and it didn’t close my programs please help soon I need my computer
