Windows 11 I accidentally signed in to my Microsoft account and now i can't get rid of it?

Honestly kinda confusing, so i'm using my grandfather's computer which runs on windows 11 and i signed into my Microsoft account in the windows store. Now for some reason it shows my Microsoft profile picture as the profile picture for the account on the computer and it shows my email as the administrator or something? I'm really confused and would appreciate any help. (preferably not making a new local account and doing all that)in the picture it should not be showing that, idk how to like sign out or remove my account
