Windows 11 I accidentally went on safe mode on my laptop and I can’t remember the password to the administrator account what do I do?

I was trying to get rid of an anti virus that was telling me that the vrdesktop stremer app was a virus it was not so when I downloaded the app that deletes it my laptop went into safe mode and me or my mum can’t remember the password to the administrator account (her account) so I can’t use my laptop. :(
