Windows 11 I accidentaly chnaged my email adress to one occupied by another account

I chnaged email adress of my account to a new one as i don't have acces to the old one, but i later found out that gmail adress was already used on a microsfot account by a family memeber. What can i do to avoic both of js losing our accounts?
