I cant do anything on my kids computer because shes in a family account as a member with me. but when i access my family theres nobody in it. and when i try and invite her to my family, she fails to join because on her end it says that shes not an organizer and so she cant add people to the family. i need someone to remove her from whatever shes in so i can add her. ive spoken to a support agent, they said ask a question here to get help. ive called the number they said they dont help people anymore and offered to send me a text with the web site to ask the guys who said they couldnt help me a
