Windows 10 I Am Admin But Cannot Make Changes

I now have a Win 11 computer and I am the only user and it is for personal use and not a company computer. When I attempt to delete a folder it informs me I do not have the right and require permission. I can find nothing on how I as the admin can have admin rights.
