I've checked windows defender too and it says everything normal is this a bug or some privacy issue of some hacking and the fact is no one is there who might have entered the wrong password behind my back. so please help me about this. and sometimes my device freezes so close it by the power button then again says the same about the incorrect password and asks for the challenge phrase.
