Windows 10 I am getting a Checking media (fail) message when I start my Dell computer. I saw one solution, but it was for Windows 8. Is the solution different

When I start me Dell Inspiron 15 laptop, I get the message "Checking media (fail)". I haven't tried anything other than looking for information. I found a suggested solution on this site, but the solution was for Windows 8, and I have Windows 10. Any other solutions to this problem for Windows 10?
